Show off your creative talent and take part in our exciting cosplay competitions. Or come along and admire the amazing and impressive costumes of the participants and experience the magic of cosplay up close.

Cosplay is a fan practice that originated in Japan and came to the USA and Europe in the 1990s with the manga and anime boom. In cosplay, the participant portrays a character from a manga, anime, film, video game or other media as faithfully as possible with a costume and behaviour.

There will also be workshops, colourful decorations and photo spots, a large special sale of merchandise with a 10 % advantage, a live caricaturist and much more.

Admission to the manga festival is free.
