Behind Goldhelm is Alex Kühn: chocolatier, artist, visionary. Since 2005, he has been pursuing a clear mission - chocolate should not only taste good, it should touch you. That's why all recipes are his own creations, which makes the flavour of our chocolates unmistakable. Each cocoa bean is personally selected and processed in his own factory on the chocolate farm in Thuringia - from roasting to conching. Everything is done according to the "bean to bar" principle - transparent, fair and with ingredients from direct partnerships. Alex Kühn also designs the cheerful illustrations on the packaging himself. For him, it is particularly important that the attention to detail is not only reflected in the flavour, but also in each individual pack. Each flavour has its own illustration.
