  3. The purposes of video surveillance are the preservation of house rights, the detection and prosecution of criminal offenses, and the enforcement of civil claims.

  4. The legal basis for data processing is \u00a7 4 para. 1 No. 2,3 BDSG with Article 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO (the legitimate interest in safeguarding the right of domicile as well as the detection and prosecution of criminal offences and the enforcement of civil claims).

  5. Recordings from video surveillance systems are regularly deleted by overwriting after 7 days at the latest. The recordings are only evaluated in the event of a suspected violation of house rules or a suspected criminal offence. In these cases, the relevant data may be transferred to law enforcement agencies, courts and lawyers. Service providers are used for data processing, each of which acts within the framework of commissioned processing in accordance with Article 28 DS-GVO.

  6. The recordings are each stored digitally on site. Only selected employees have access to the records. A transfer of data to third countries does not take place.

  7. It is not possible to enter the monitored area without being detected by the video surveillance.

  9. You have the right to request information about all personal data we process about you at any time.
