  4. The legal basis for data processing is \u00a7 4 para. 1 no. 2,3 BDSG with Article 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO (the legitimate interest in safeguarding house rights as well as the detection and prosecution of criminal offences and the enforcement of civil claims).

  5. Recordings of video surveillance systems are regularly deleted by overwriting after 7 days at the latest. The recordings are only analysed in the event of a suspected violation of house rules or a suspected criminal offence. In these cases, the relevant data may be forwarded to law enforcement agencies, courts and lawyers. Service providers are used for data processing, each of which acts within the framework of commissioned processing in accordance with Article 28 DS-GVO.
